Gentle Giants
Humpback whales are known for their magical songs, which travel for great distances through the world's oceans. Freediving with these gentle giants in Tonga was probably the most amazing experience I had so far. This species that was almost extinct in the 60's, despite its intimidating dimensions, is incredibly friendly. Adults vary in length from 12-16 m and weigh about 36,000 kg.
