Vodafone Group is a British multinational telecommunications conglomerate, with headquarters in London. It predominantly operates services in the regions of Asia, Africa, Europe, and Oceania. Among mobile operator groups globally, Vodafone ranked second (behind China Mobile) in the number of mobile customers (516 million) as of 2017.
I was challenged by Vodafone to identify and solve usability issues in the "Prepaid" and "My Vodafone" sections; To design a more innovative and engaging "Homepage".

HEURISTIC EVALUATIONS
Interface and Usability Review
Through heuristic evaluations, I reviewed the interface of the "Prepaid" and "My Vodafone" sections and compared it against accepted usability principles. The analysis resulted in a list of possible usability issues. The advantages of doing these analyzes are the ability to obtain feedback early in the design process, assigning the correct heuristic can help suggest the best corrective measures to designers and also the possibility of using this evaluation method together with other methodologies of usability testing.

Giving a more modern and attractive look; Increasing emphasis and visibility of products and services; Introducing animations and microinteractions for a more enriching and engaging experience.
